    • Basic karate stance
  • Description:

    • One left jab followed by a double hand punch to the face or stomach.
  • Sequence:

    1. Throw a left jab to daze them right quick.
    2. Then throw 2 reverse punchs to the same spot ,same time
  • Targets:

    • Chin, head, stomach, solarplexes
  • Notes:

    • Shaun Williams
    • This is sometimes a knockout move.
