  • Start Position:

    • Boxing Stance, strong side back.
  • Description:

    • A quick double jab with the second hit a little higher than the first.
  • Technique:

    • Jab quickly outward with your weak hand
    • Barely hit target and recover quickly
    • Jab outward again about an inch higher than the first

    • Nose

    • Cheek
