Description:
- Defensive move used to deal massive damage to opponent's wrist, forearm, or elbow. Your adversary wont be able to continue fighting.
Sequence:
- Begin in a fighting stance.
- Watch for signs that opponent will attack with a punch.
- Grasp your attacker's wrist and apply pulling pressure.
- Strike your enemy's elbow joint with a fist or chop.

- Elbow
- Forearm
- Wrist
- Bicep Area
