Arm Breaker

  • Start Position:

    • Fighting Stance
  • Description:

    • Defensive move used to deal massive damage to opponent's wrist, forearm, or elbow. Your adversary wont be able to continue fighting.
  • Sequence:

    1. Begin in a fighting stance.
    2. Watch for signs that opponent will attack with a punch.
    3. Grasp your attacker's wrist and apply pulling pressure.
    4. Strike your enemy's elbow joint with a fist or chop.
  • Targets:

    • Elbow
    • Forearm
    • Wrist
    • Bicep Area
  • Notes:

    • WARNING: To be used in situations of self defense only, not in competition.
