T-Strike
  • Start Position:
    • Defensive stance
  • Description:
    • This requires practice but is a good take down, the goal is to use a hook, then a upper cut followed by a elbow strike, hence the name T-Srike.
  • Sequence:
    1. Guard up
    2. Left quick hook
    3. Follow with a upper cut
    4. Finish with a elbow strike
  • Targets:
    • Left cheek
    • Chin
    • Right cheek
