  • Start Position:
    • on balls of foot, abs tight! fists up
  • Description:
    • boggie hook, 3 strong uppercuts, move back, sidekick to ribs
  • Sequence:
    1. move close to opponent
    2. hit a boggie hook (dummie)
    3. duck and hit 3 strong uppercuts to chin
    4. take 2 steps back
    5. move round opponent and hit a rightleg sidekick to ribs
