Switch Kick Combo
  • Start Position:
    • Right foot forward.
  • Description:
    • Three jump kicks backing up target (when I say right side I mean your right).
  • Technique:
    • Jump and bring left foot up on the right side of target
    • Bring left foot back about half way up
    • At the same time bring the right foot forward above the left foot
    • Attack the side of the targets head
    • Finish spinning around and touch down using the right foot
    • Repeat up to 2 more times
  • Targets:
    • Side of head
  • Notes:
    • You can finish off with a sweep this works great.
