Switchie Hook Kick
  • Start Position:
    • Fighting stance
  • Description:
    • Switch feet up and then suddenly come in with a hook kick
  • Sequence:
    1. start in a fighting stance
    2. open stance up wide
    3. then hop up and bring front leg past back leg
    4. when you bring your left leg across it should make a L shape
    5. then hook kick
    6. quite useful
