Sidestep Combo Right / Left Kick
  • Start Position:
    • Left or right stance
  • Description:
    • Objective is to use opponents body weight against himself and then delivering a spinning back kick and a left side kick.
  • Sequence:
    1. When opponent strikes with jab grab his arm, pull to rear
    2. Using rear hand follow through by pushing his shoulder
    3. Use the thrust of pushing spin around with R/L leg out
    4. First kick should be to lower back region
    5. Continue the spin around to you face his back.
    6. Then use opposite leg to deliver a kick to back of head
    7. Resume your fighting stance.
  • Targets:
    • Lower spinal region
    • Kidneys
    • Neck
    • Back side of head
  • Notes:
    • Takes practice, use when opponent is dazed or tired.
    • Most important, IT MUST BE FAST!!!!
