Shuffle Side Kick
  • Start Position:
    • Basic fighting stance.
  • Description:
    • Used to close the distance between you and you opponent.
  • Technique:
    • Start with right side toward opponent.
    • Slide your rear foot up to your front leg
    • Simultaneously hop/shuffle forward
    • Execute a quick side kick off of the lead leg
  • Targets:
    • Ribs.
    • Head.
