Serufu Tiip
  • Start Position:
    • Boxer's defensive
  • Description:
    • Like the Kickboxing Tiip, use when under pressure
  • Sequence:
    1. If opponent is very close and is overpowering you
    2. lift perferably strongest leg so that the knee is on your chest
    3. place ball of foot in opponents stomach
    4. lean back and push hips forward
    5. push out hard with leg
    6. land back in offensive stance
  • Targets:
    • anywhere in stomach region
  • Notes:
    • Jake
    • Opponent should end up meters away from you.
    • This is one of the most powerful moves in Serufu Shura
