  • Start Position:
    • Boxer's defensive
  • Description:
    • Advanced and powerful kick
  • Sequence:
    1. Use when opponent is jabbing/has dropped guard
    2. lower yourself a little and turn your body with stance
    3. twist body back and in an upwards motion rise back leg
    4. keep leg straight and aim under the chin with toes
    5. on contact front leg should be straightened
    6. this move should have the same effect as serufu daggar

    • throat
    • diaphragm
