Round Ball Kick
  • Start Position:
    • Fighting Stance
  • Description:
    • Very Similar to the roundhouse kick but you kick with the ball of your foot.
  • Sequence:
    1. Set up like your about to do a roundhouse
    2. when you kick it should be with the ball of your foot
  • Targets:
    • Head
    • Ribs
    • chest
    • Chin
    • Wherever
  • Notes:
    • This kick is very very easy to learn all you need to know is how to do a roundhouse kick and your all set.
    • I don't know any variations to this move so please don't ask me.
