Rising Cross
  • Start Position:
    • Kickboxing Stance
  • Description:
    • Can be a bit of a decoy and can KO an opponent if enough power in the punch is used and punched in the right spot
  • Sequence:
    1. Get into Kickboxing stance
    2. Simply throw a rising punch towards the body
    3. They try and defend leaving their face open
    4. Finally throw a cross straight at their face full power
    5. Do all this very speedy in one combo
  • Targets:
    • Nose
    • Cheekbones
    • Jaw
    • Abdominals
  • Notes:
    • DaLz, this has got me out of trouble loads and can KO an opponent, NOT to be use dint the streets just competition.
