Pull Kick and Lock
  • Start Position:
    • Any stance
  • Description:
    • Designed as a counter. Winds opponent badly
  • Sequence:
    1. Opponent throws a pench, grab arm with right hand
    2. Pull towards you,
    3. Simultaneously do a left side kick to stomach
    4. Keep hold of arm,
    5. Go behind them and put them in an arm lock
  • Targets:
    • Kick goes to stomach
