    • Double kick combination move
  • Sequence:

    1. Do a spinning hook kick with left foot (spin anticlock)
    2. Follow up with either a power or roundhouse kick-
    3. -with the right foot as it comes around
  • Targets:

    • The hook kick to the head ,
    • The follow up to legs or head
