Trick Kick

  • Start Position:

    • left foot front, fighting stance
  • Description:

    • A useful trick - it takes alot of practise, for me it did.
  • Sequence:

    1. Hold your lead leg up (leftleg) in a side kick position (bending stance)
    2. As soon as you see the person closing in...
    3. using the same leg - do a roundhouse to the head
  • Targets:

    • Head
  • Notes:

    • This move isnt hard to learn, it may seem really simple. But I was caught out with this move so many times. Try to fool people by doing slow and fast moves. This way they dont know what coming up :)
