Description:
- Three jump kicks backing up target (when I say right side I mean your right).
Technique:
- Jump and bring left foot up on the right side of target
- Bring left foot back about half way up
- At the same time bring the right foot forward above the left foot
- Attack the side of the targets head
- Finish spinning around and touch down using the right foot
- Repeat up to 2 more times
Notes:
- You can finish off with a sweep this works great.
