Knee Thrust

  • Start Position:

    • Left foot forward, the other 8 - 12 inches behind.
  • Description:

    • Grab target and pull down into rising knee.
  • Technique:

    • Feet about shoulder width.
    • Look at target.
    • Transfer weight to the left leg.
    • Lean back slightly at the waist.
    • Pull target down to knee you lift right knee to highest position.
    • Strike with the knee.
    • Return foot to rear position.
  • Targets:

    • Solar Plexis
    • Head
    • Spine (if target facing away)
    • Groin
    • Kidney
