Description:
- Used as a fade away technique. It can also be used offensively for an experienced competitor.
Technique:
- Starting with right leg forward
- Turn looking over your left shoulder to see your target
- Simultaneously jump straight up and turn to the left
- You can also jump away from your opponent
- Mid turn, forcefully extend you rear leg
- Then drive your back kick through your target
