Start Position:
- Fighting stance, right foot back
Description:
- Like a spinning crescent kick only more powerful
Sequence:
- Start in fighting stance, right foot as back foot
- Step across with left foot
- Pivot round on right foot
- Execute a an outside crescent kick but kick with heel
- Kicking with your heel gives more power
- Return to fighting stance
Targets:
- Head (if experienced)
- Ribs
- Outside of thigh
Notes:
- This is a brilliant kick, takes lots of practice to get it right and to get power into it, but when you do it works in well with loads of combinations.
