Flying Side Kick

  • Start Position:

    • Guards up.
  • Description:

    • With this attack, you run up to your opponent and jump off the floor for a super hard kick.
  • Sequence:

    1. Run at your opponent with speed.
    2. When you jump, you must be about 1 to 2 meters away.
    3. Jump in the air and extend your leg in a side kick position
    4. The kick should knock them to the floor or wind them.
  • Targets:

    • Stomach
    • Back
    • And if you can jump there, the face!
  • Notes:
