Flying Jump Kick

  • Start Position:

    • Natural fighting stance
  • Description:

    • Run and leap with your right foot left leg out straight with your right leg hooked under.
  • Sequence:

    1. Fighting stance
    2. Run starting with your right foot
    3. Leap into the air
    4. Kick out with one leg
    5. Hook the other under
  • Targets:

    • Chest
    • Neck
    • Head [depends on how high you can jump]
  • Notes:

    • This kick is for beginners who want to look cool and be a good fighter at the same time
