Start Position:
- Fighting stance left leg forward
Description:
- Fake front kick followed by a roundhouse kick to the side of the head
Sequence:
- Fighting stance left leg in front
- Using your back leg bring up your knee
- Make it look as if you are doing a front kick
- without putting your foot on the floor
- do a head height roundhouse kick
- This will stun your opponent and score points
Targets:
- fake front kick midsection
- roundhouse kick head height
Notes:
- This is a very effective kick
