Start Position:
- Legs shoulder width apart, hands at the ready.
Description:
- Squat down, hold for a sec, then come up and execute a outside crescent kick (half moon kick).
Sequence:
- Squat down and hold for a second
- come up, with hands still at the ready
- swing your left leg in a fluid motion
- from the center-line of your body
- and outwards ( crescent kick )
- squat down and repeat with right leg
