Description:
- A crescent kick just only adding a 360 degree spin to it:)
Sequence:
- Start in your fighting stance
- fast step forward a little to the left to get momentum
- Swing arms
- start spinning your body around
- Use more power in the swing at this time
- use your legs now to push off the ground
- face target
- Kick and return to original position
Notes:
- if you know how to do a crescent kick then this shouldn't be a problem. For those that don't i recommend practicing crescents for a while.
