Crazy Combo

  • Start Position:

    • Left leg foward kicking stance
  • Description:

    • a fast yet advanced and effective combo. The only kick that may be a problem for people that have not done TKD would be the last kick that may be replaced by a small punch combo
  • Sequence:

    1. right leg axe kick
    2. followed by a left round house
    3. followed by a right leg spinning back kick
    4. folowed by a step jump foward spinning hook
  • Targets:

    • nose
    • abs
    • abs
    • head
  • Notes:

    • Craig Hopkins 16 with 7 years taekwon do experience but I have never tried kick boxing
    • no real variations except you are more comfortable with doing tht with the reverse legs
