Start Position:
- Left leg foward kicking stance
Description:
- a fast yet advanced and effective combo. The only kick that may be a problem for people that have not done TKD would be the last kick that may be replaced by a small punch combo
Sequence:
- right leg axe kick
- followed by a left round house
- followed by a right leg spinning back kick
- folowed by a step jump foward spinning hook
Notes:
- Craig Hopkins 16 with 7 years taekwon do experience but I have never tried kick boxing
- no real variations except you are more comfortable with doing tht with the reverse legs
