Butterfly Kick

  • Start Position:

    • Fighting stance
  • Description:

    • An acrobatic blow with both feet in succession.
  • Sequence:

    1. Crouch over your left leg with chest touching knee
    2. Spring up, and whip your right leg up
    3. As your right leg falls to the ground, whip left leg up
    4. Land on right leg and then left
  • Targets:

    • Side of head
  • Notes:

    • This takes a while to master, but can be a very effective evasive move.
