Description:
- You can lean back to get more height.
Technique:
- Swing your back leg up so your knee touches your chest.
- While your foot is in the air drop your foot .
- Your leg should now be strait.
- Pull your leg down hard.
Targets:
- You should push their forehead when you drop your foot.
