- Start Position:
- Left foot forward, the other 8 - 12 inches behind.
- Grab target and pull down into rising knee.
- Feet about shoulder width.
- Look at target.
- Transfer weight to the left leg.
- Lean back slightly at the waist.
- Pull target down to knee you lift right knee to highest position.
- Strike with the knee.
- Return foot to rear position.
- Solar Plexis
- Spine (if target facing away)
