Groin-Thigh Strike
  • Start Position:
    • frontal stance (muay thai)
  • Description:
    • Very fast and effective way of disabling and attacking opponent.
  • Sequence:
    1. Frontal stance, knees slightly bent, level with shoulders
    2. As a lower round kick comes at your left thigh,
    3. Knock it out opening up the opponents groin.
    4. In the same movement, hop up and either,
    5. Front kick to the groin or
    6. Found kick to the thigh

    • Groin
    • Inner thigh
