  • Sequence:
    1. When your opponent side/roundhouse kicks,
    2. Grab and hold his foot
    3. Then reverse it
    4. Sidekick his/her other leg,
    5. or roundhouse kick to his/her back of the body
  • Targets:
    • Foot
    • Leg
    • Back of the body
  • Notes:
    • Jason fortuna
    • Much better if opponent is lying down
    • Hold/reverse the foot tightly
    • You should always be alert when opponent is kicking
