    • 12 o'clock 3 o'clock
  • Description:
    • Do the opposite if you stand 12 o'clock 9 o'clock. Always keep your knees slightly bend
  • Sequence:
    1. Fake left jab
    2. Dodge right and do a left jab
    3. Right cross
    4. Left upper cut
    5. Put weight on your back leg and thrust a knee
    6. Left round house kick
    7. Right jab with an elbow
    8. Left jab with a right knee
