Elbow Bash
  • Start Position:
    • any
  • Description:
    • deliver a thrashing blow to your opponents face
  • Sequence:
    1. start at any stance
    2. run towards opponent from about three to four meters
    3. raise right elbow so its parallel to the ground
    4. grab right fist with left hand for more control
    5. hit your target with your elbow
  • Targets:
    • face
    • chest
  • Notes:
    • this is a very powerfull move if done correctly
