Elbow Strike
  • Start Position:
    • A short stance with one hand open and extended.
  • Description:
    • This strike is a good, close and powerful move.
  • Technique:
    • Bend arm
    • Reach one arm out for guidance
    • Turn your back foot to shift your weight
    • Strike with the front of the elbow
  • Targets:
    • Temple, Jaw, Cheekbone, Neck
