The Dirty - First One
  • Start Position:
    • Legs shoulder width apart, hands at the ready.
  • Description:
    • Squat down, hold for a sec, then come up and execute a outside crescent kick (half moon kick).
  • Sequence:
    1. Squat down and hold for a second
    2. come up, with hands still at the ready
    3. swing your left leg in a fluid motion
    4. from the center-line of your body
    5. and outwards ( crescent kick )
    6. squat down and repeat with right leg
