  • Start Position:
    • Fighting stance left foot forward
  • Description:
    • When a punch is thrown at you, grab arm put leg over and throw repeated blows with foot to face.
  • Sequence:
    1. when punch is thrown block and grab arm.
    2. next lift leg and put it over the attackers arm.
    3. throw repeated blows with foot or shin.
