Crescent Kick 360
  • Start Position:
    • Fighting Stance
  • Description:
    • A crescent kick just only adding a 360 degree spin to it:)
  • Sequence:
    1. Start in your fighting stance
    2. fast step forward a little to the left to get momentum
    3. Swing arms
    4. start spinning your body around
    5. Use more power in the swing at this time
    6. use your legs now to push off the ground
    7. face target
    8. Kick and return to original position
  • Targets:
    • Head
    • Side of head
  • Notes:
    • if you know how to do a crescent kick then this shouldn't be a problem. For those that don't i recommend practicing crescents for a while. Variations-360 split, 360 hook kick, crescent 360. Kevin Engels
