    • Two punches, three kicks. Jab and reverse punch to the head inside crescent, spin outside crescent and jump out side crescent kick Also know as backward butterfly.
  • Sequence:
    1. Fighting position
    2. Jab to the abs and reverse punch to the head
    3. Inside crescent,
    4. spinning outside crescent,
    5. reverse butterfly kick
    6. land back to a fighting position
