Spinning Kick Combo

  • Start Position:

    • Some way away, left foot in front
  • Description:

    • Do a jump and a kick, then follow up with a further kick or punch.
  • Technique:

    • Start at least 3 steps away
    • Step in with right, then move to left
    • Jump into air and kick to chest
    • Use this to turn in mid-air, land facing away
    • Now do a back kick or cresent kick to the face
    • Finally follow with a power punch or a low kick
    • Return to guard position or finish them
  • Targets:

    • Solar plexus or chest (head if advanced)
    • Followed by knee or groin
    • Finally punch to face
    • Otherwise do one of many kicks to the knee
  • Notes:

    • Should not be done when both fighters are alert as you may easily be caught, however if you can pull it off it is devastating.
