Description:
- Objective is to use opponents body weight against himself and then delivering a spinning back kick and a left side kick.
Sequence:
- When opponent strikes with jab grab his arm, pull to rear
- Using rear hand follow through by pushing his shoulder
- Use the thrust of pushing spin around with R/L leg out
- First kick should be to lower back region
- Continue the spin around to you face his back.
- Then use opposite leg to deliver a kick to back of head
- Resume your fighting stance.
Targets:
- Lower spinal region
- Kidneys
- Neck
- Back side of head
Notes:
- Takes practice, use when opponent is dazed or tired.
- Most important, IT MUST BE FAST!!!!
