Start Position:

• Boxing stance

Description:

• Round house backhand, jab, fake jab, right cross, uppercut

Sequence:

1. Use a right handed roundhouse backhand to the face
2. Follow through with jab
3. Fake jab left
4. Then right cross
5. as recovering bring one foot back
6. Upper cut them
7. Finish using a left hook

Targets:

• Face (cheek)
• chest
• torso
• torso
• chin
• cheek

Notes:

• Alternatively do not finish using a hook but instead use a pull punch
