  • Description:

    • INVOLVES AN ARMS-LEG COMBO, PARRYING AWAY AN ATTACKING JAB AND LANDING A SIDE KICK TO KNEE OF OPPONENT FOLLOWED BY KNEE TO HEAD
  • Sequence:

    1. Left fighting position
    2. Parry opponents jab away from your body
    3. land lead leg onto opponents lead knee-stamping motion
    4. Place two hands behind opponents head
    5. With jumping motion, land a knee to the head
  • Targets:

    • Knee
    • Nose
    • Chin
  • Notes:

    • This move is to be used for self defence in an 'out of the ring' situation and will ensure your opponent wont come back for more!
