  • Start Position:

    • right side slightly facing opponent
  • Description:

    • almost the same technique as the Master Roundhouse Kick.
  • Sequence:

    1. first turn 180 degrees as executing a fist jab
    2. as your body turns with the punch follow through with a
    3. powerful kick.
  • Targets:

    • head
    • chest
    • shin
  • Notes:

    • this will work very effectivly most of the time.
