Start Position:

• Karate fighting stance

Description:

• First a punch to the nose, with a quick jab at the diaphram to wind them. Next a circle punch to the ribs, and with opposite hand an attack at the throat. Finished with a kick to the stomach.

Sequence:

1. Seiken punch to nose (right hand)
2. Enhon nukite to diaphram (right hand)
3. Hiraken circle punch to rib cage (left hand)
4. Toho strike to throat
5. Sokuto kick to solar plexus

Targets:

• Bridge of nose
• Diaphram
• Rib cage
• Throat
• Solar plexus
