  • Start Position:
    • On Guard Fighting Stance
  • Description:
    • This offensive move can become a natural reflex and is very effective for self defense.
  • Sequence:
    1. Double Jab to the face
    2. Rear with palm heel to face
    3. Front thrust kick to stomach
    4. Another front thrust kick to the stomach
    5. Shoot into a Greco grip around the waist
    6. Pick up opponent and throw to ground
    7. finish with kicks to the body with the heel
