Axe Kick
  • Start Position:
    • Left walking stance.
  • Description:
    • You can lean back to get more height.
  • Technique:
    • Swing your back leg up so your knee touches your chest.
    • While your foot is in the air drop your foot .
    • Your leg should now be strait.
    • Pull your leg down hard.
  • Targets:
    • You should push their forehead when you drop your foot.
  • Notes:
